This exciting class involves Boxercise, HIIT and Fitness pilates (core strength) in one – the ultimate workout guaranteed to get you sweating and leaving your body feeling like it’s had an overall workout! The sessions are structured so the correct technique is learnt but at the same time you’re getting a great workout. Pads and gloves are provided but it’s adviseable to bring your own thin pair of glove liners. Unlike the other TBF classes the boxilates is done on a booking basis as places are limited due to equipment.
