An event every week that begins at 7:00pm on Monday, repeating indefinitely
This is a fun class with a little bit of something to suit everyone. A funky warm up followed by a high intensity cardiovascular workout which offers high and low impact alternatives to suit all levels. The class also includes an element of strength and core training giving you a good all round workout. How does cardiovascular training benefit us? The workout is an excellent fat burning class which not only helps you maintain or lose weight, and improve motor skills and co-ordination, it also helps you build endurance so you can remain active for longer periods. This is not a highly choreographed aerobic class but does offer a snippet of directional moves which are easy to follow but give maximum results!!!
