Ward Sister Wanted

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our clinical team, as a ward sister, at North Downs Hospital.

We are looking for a full time senior nurse with surgical ward experience and a passion and drive to expand their knowledge and experience in joining our friendly and highly motivated team.

Outpatient experience would be desirable as this post would also have the opportunity to develop and work in our busy Outpatients Department with an expanding Ophthalmology project in progress.

The successful candidate must demonstrate effective leadership skills and have a good range of clinical skills and knowledge to work on our mixed Surgical Unit to maintain the high standards of care given to our patients. Excellent customer service and communication are also paramount.
