Warlingham Recycling Centre - Temporary Closure

The Warlingham Recycling Centre is temporarily closing from Monday 23rd May until the ‘end of July’. 

The Bond Road Community Recycling Centre will close for essential maintenance works including:

• Resurfacing and new road markings.
• Replacing the fencing, site gates, kerbing, bollards, height barrier and container stops.
• Repairing the boundary wall.
• Updating the site office and staff welfare facilities.

During the closure, please use the Caterham Community Recycling Centre, Chaldon Road, Caterham, Surrey CR3 5PG – to dispose of household waste.

(For non-household waste (plasterboard, refillable gas bottles, tyres and rubble) please use the Earlswood Community Recycling Centre, Horley Road, RH1 6PN).

When the Warlingham Recycling centre re-opens, it will be closed on Sundays and Mondays as a cost cutting measure, so Surrey County Council can provide essential services like Adult Social Care in the face of increasing demand and reduced government funding.
