Sainsbury's Warlingham is open

The Warlingham Sainsbury’s re-opened today and we went to check it out!  

Despite the car park being virtually full (we had to drive around twice to get a spot), it didn’t seem crowded inside – with the expansion and new layout, it looks and feels so much bigger than before.

As you walk in, the new Travel Bureau and Customer Service Desk is directly on the right, with Home Accessories straight in front.  To the right of that is a large Clothing Section and there’s currently a 25% discount on clothing, which ends on Monday.

The new Argos is in the far right corner and isn’t open yet.  

At the back, they’re revamped the Fishmonger, Butcher and Deli (which looks great) and added a specific Take Away Section – for pizza, curry and cooked chickens.  There’s also a Daily Sushi, with Sushi being made before your eyes and freshly packed, ready for your trolley or basket!  I tried a sample and it was delicious! 

The drinks and alcohol are now in the far left corner as you walk in and they have added a specific Self Service Trolley section about 2/3 of the way down the check out tills.  

The toilets have also moved and are towards the far corner behind the check outs.

The new expansion is just in time for Warlingham Sainsbury’s busiest time – Christmas!
